Mindy's surgery scare.

Well, here it is, March 2012 already! Ah haven't posted in a while.
First we had a scare with Mindy. She got sick on New Year's day. Not a good way to start the new year! She stopped eating & we could tell she was in pain. She had an ultrasound & it showed a mass on her spleen. Mom scheduled her for surgery right away!  Mindy is 13 & we were very worried, but she came through the surgery like a trooper!  The doctor sent the tumor for a biopsy. They waiting was
very hard. Then the day came to call the doctor for the results, ah could see the stress in moms face
waiting on the phone, then ah saw a big smile, then ah knew the result of the test was benign! That made our day!! So anyway, here are some pictures of her recovering.
